I just want to let everyone know that the intent is to have these offerings and when the interest arises they will begin. I believe the PTSD group is especially important but, again, there are no local participants. I have had inquiries from NYC, Santa Fe & Albuquerque through the Meet Up site but only one call from the Taos area. So, if you are interested but not ready, keep checking back.

Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche “as reincarnated ones who had in many past lifetimes learned Buddhism and engaged in cultivation.” Among those Mike was recognized “as one with the qualifications of an acarya who transmits dharma” and given the dharma name of DANI TUJI and the title of Rinpoche.

Mike attended Hong Kong Seminar by International Buddhism Sangha Association

Mike was fortunate enough to attend a seminar in Hong Kong in July 2010 and participate in the interim test for Masters of Dharma Listening Sessions. As a result of passing the test he was deemed qualified for the title of Master of Dharma-Listening Sessions and presented with certificates and robes.

After the seminar Mike, whose Dharma name is Harsha, accompanied Venerable Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche, Justin Teaw, and Thắng Vương Vũ to Ha Noi Viet Nam where Master Rinpoche expounded the dharma and gave refuge to over twenty new students.

We will be hosting a series of discussions of philosophical and moral issues beginning in 2012.

Here is a sample of subjects

Killing – who, what, when is it OK, when is it not – WHY?

Is there death after life?

Inter-dimensional aspects of Buddhist Dharma activities and phenomena.

2012 is here & we are looking for input and interest in attending – call or email.

The present idea is to meet on Thursday evenings, hence the name change. What remains is determining who will attend and whether to meet each Thursday or only 1, 2, or 3 per month.
